HelpCrunch is a customer communication tool which lets you embed a live chat window on your website to contact your customers in real time. As well as chat, HelpCrunch offers a simple email marketing automation tool and an in-app helpdesk system to make your interaction with customers smooth and efficient at every stage. It allows you to automatically collect contacts’ personal and behavioral data and store them all in the “Contacts” tab. You can also get quick access to all your customers chats and emails through the mobile app.

HelpCrunch pricing

HelpCrunch pricing is based on the number of support agents and the number of emails you need. The Live Chat & Email package is available in three pricing plans: Basic, Premium, and Enterprise. The cheapest plan, Basic, is for one agent only. It costs $25 per month and includes 3 automated chat messages and 3 automated email messages, with unlimited chat messages and a limit of 5000 emails per month. The Premium plan starts from $43 per agent. It includes unlimited automated messages and up to 10,000 emails/month. In the Premium plan, you can also remove HelpCrunch branding from the chat window. The Enterprise plan is suitable for more demanding companies with a need of 11+ agents and up to 500.000 emails/month.

Depending on your needs, HelpCrunch can also create a custom plan for you.

You can also purchase Live Chat Plans separately: Free ($0 lifetime), Basic ($12 per agent per month), Premium ($21 per agent per month).
